Qualified consumer affairs specialists, advisers, and consultants are on standby to assist you with any problems that you may have.

1. Consultation counters: Consultation corner at Consumer Administration Center
2. Who can receive consultation: Any persons living, working, or attending school in Kawasaki City
3. What to do: Receive consultations at the above counters or over the phone
4. Business hours: 9:00-16:00, Monday-Friday
* Consultation over the phone only is available on Fridays until 19:00.
5. Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and December 29-January 3
6. Please note that the Advising Centers operate only in Japanese.
