■About the reissue

(1) Senior Special Boarding Certificate

It can be reissued by the Elderly/Disability Division and the person in charge of Community Health and Social Welfare Station of each ward office that has jurisdiction over your residence. Please bring the documents verifying identity (Driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).

(2) Senior Citizen Free Pass

It can only be reissued once at the business office or ticket office in the city. Please note that it cannot be reissued at the Social Welfare Council. Also, please note that it may take about two weeks to reissue the free pass, because it is necessary to check the purchase history.

■Renewal of the Senior Citizens Free Pass

Renewal of the Senior Citizens Free Pass can be processed two weeks in advance.

(Example: If your current pass is valid by June 30, you can buy it after June 17, which is two weeks before, counting from the next day, July 1.)

■About the procedure by a representative

It is possible to take the procedure by representative to reissue the Senior Special Boarding Certificate and the purchase/reissue of a Senior Citizens Free Pass (welfare pass). If a representative takes the procedure, please bring the following documents.

(1) Senior Special Boarding Certificate

- ID for the eligible persons

- ID for the representative person

(2) Senior Citizens Free Pass (welfare pass)

- Senior Special Boarding Certificate for eligible persons

- ID for representative persons

- Document certifying that the person is eligible for the Special exception. (* for welfare pass only)
