・As of Dec. 28 (Mon.), 2015, we no longer issue or renew the Basic Resident Registration Card. Therefore, please consider having Individual Number Card after January 2016.
・The Basic Resident Registration Card that has already been issued is valid till expire date. However, please note that the Basic Resident Registration Card cannot be renewed after January 2016 with start of issuing the Individual Number Card.
