Kawasaki residents who have My Number Card (a card with your individual number) can obtain copies of Juminhyo ("certificate of residence") and other certificates such as Inkan Toroku Shomeisho ("seal registration certificate") by using multifunction copiers at convenience stores (about 49,800 stores across the country).
