From the standpoint of protecting workers who have labor problems such as working conditions of workers and troubles at the company, we provide labor consultations in person or over the phone.
1. Consultation counters:
(1) Economic and Labor Affairs Bureau/Labor Affairs and Employment Department
a) Consultation days: Monday-Friday (Excludes National holidays and between December 29-January 3)
b) Operating Hours:
In person consultation: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm (excluding 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
Over the phone: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

*You can have a consultation anytime without reservation, but it is recommended that you confirm before coming to the ward office, because the consultation staff might be absent.
(2) Nakahara Ward Office
a) Consultation days: Monday - Friday (Excludes National holidays and between December 29-January 3)
b) Operating Hours:
In person consultation: 8:30 am-3:00 pm (excluding noon - 1:00 pm)
Over the phone: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
