When reporting an emergency please ensure you do the following.

1. State clearly what the emergency is (E.g. There is a fire, I have an emergency)

2. State your address clearly (E.g. Number 000, 00-Ku, 00-machi, your building name and apartment number)

3. State a landmark nearby (E.g. Front gate of 00 school, west exit of 00 station)

4. Provide clear information on what has happened. (E.g. There is a fire on the 00 floor of an 00 floor apartment, someone is laying injured on the road after a bicycle and a car collided in front of 00 building)

5. Clearly state your name and phone number
