Telephone lines are busiest at the beginning of the week (Mon. /Tue.) and After National holidays. You may either wait until a telephone line becomes available or call from the afternoon of Wednesday, or on Saturdays and holidays when the telephone lines will be less busy.
You can also apply for the Oversized Garbage Collection on the Internet. (24 hours a day / 365 days a year).
