What should I do about my water, telephone, electricity, and gas when I move house?

I would like to know the procedures for the water supply, telephone, electricity, gas, NHK when I move house?

1. Water

Please call the Waterworks Customer Center 4 to 5 days prior to the date you are scheduled to move.

2. Telephone

Work to disconnect your telephone line prior to moving out is to be reserved. Apply to your telephone company to have the work done without delay.

If you have a contract with NTT: Phone 116 for all requests and inquiries.

3. Electricity

・If you have a contract with Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO):

 Please contact TEPCO in advance when you decide to move.

 Please submit the "Application for Electricity Use" form provided at the new location.

 If you have any questions, please contact the TEPCO Customer Center.
