Most people know they can call "119" when there is need for a fire brigade or emergency/ rescue team for a fire, emergency or rescue situation. In addition, the above departments are also on call to respond to situations such as the following:
1. When a signboard or a rooftop is about to be blown away in strong winds
2. When there is oil spill on a road
3. When a small child is locked in a toilet
4. When there is smell of gas inside or outside a building
5. When your leg is caught in a bicycle wheel
