If the Kawasaki Shimin Card ("Kawasaki Citizen Card") with Inkan ("seal") registered is lost (or stolen), we cannot stop the function of the seal registration card on your citizen card over the phone. Please submit Inkan Torokushou Boshitsu-todoke ("report of loss of seal registration card") to the competent ward office or the ward branch office of your domicile. (You can find the form at the reception counter.)
