The "Kawasaki City government service terminal" can issue six kinds of certificates by using Kawasaki Citizens' Card and its password or the Basic Resident Registration Card and its password that contains electronic certificates for the public certification service for individuals.
However, please note that there might be restrictions to issue for certain certificates. Moreover, if names or addresses are written in external characters (which are not computerized), the "Kawasaki City government service terminals" cannot issue the certificates, so please apply at service counters of ward offices, etc.

1．A copy of resident card (without abdicated resident card, for the resident or his/her family member only)　
2．Certificate of the items entered in the resident card (for the resident or his/her family member only)
3．Seal registration certificate (*See the note below.)
4．Certificate of family register (full family/individual) (excluding removed member, those who have a registered domicile in Kawasaki City only.)
5．A copy of supplementary family register (excluding supplementary register for removed family member, those who have a registered domicile in Kawasaki City only)
6．Certificates of tax amount, non-taxable amount, and exempted amount (income) for Municipal and Prefectural Residence Tax (A person who is dependent and did not declare are exempted.)

Note
You are required to meet the following conditions to issue the seal registration certificate with the automatic terminal issuance.

(1) When using the "Kawasaki Citizens' Card"
Submit an application form for the issuance of user identification card. The card shall be the one with a password registered.
The person has registered his/her seal.
Your "Kawasaki Citizens' Card" shall be the one that has a function as the seal registration card.

(2) When using the "Basic Resident Registration Card" (the one that contains electronic certificates for the public certification service for individuals only)
User registration for Net Counter Kawasaki with the public authentication has to be completed. (The user registration can be done by using PC at home or the government service terminal.)
The person has registered his/her seal.
