How to Register

1 In the case of procedures by the principal

Necessary items

・Seal to be registered

・Residence card or special permanent resident certificate

Registration procedure

・Please fill out the application form for seal registration and show your seal, residence card or special permanent resident certificate to register.

・You can register your seal on the day.

・When the seal registration is complete, a certificate of seal registration will be issued.

2 In the case of procedures by representative

If the representative applies, it will be Document Reference Method (You can't register on the same day)

What you need

・The seal to register

・The seal of approval of the representative

・Letter of attorney

・Identification documents of the representative

Procedure after receipt of inquiry document

・When you receive the inquiry document from the ward office, etc., please fill out your name, address, and date in the response field of the inquiry form and stamp your registration seal. And please bring the written reply to the counter where you applied within one month from the application date. (The deadline for response is stated in the inquiry document.)

・Your seal registration will be completed, and a seal registration certificate will be issued when you bring your written answer to the counter.

・When the representative brings your written reply, please also fill out the letter of attorney form on the written reply and bring the seal to be registered, the representative's seal, and identification documents such as a license and health insurance card.
