If you live in Kawasaki city and have My Number Card, you can get a copy of Residence certificate and

Seal Registration Certificate by multi-copy machine installed at convenience stores inside/outside the city.

(approximately 54,000 stores nationwide)

However, regarding Seal Registration Certificate, it is only for the person who registered a seal already.

2.　Business hours: 6:30am to 11:00am (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, Holiday)

3.　Note: The service will be stopped during the year end and new-year holidays and maintenance day for equipment.

<Certificate of All/Individual Registered Matter on Family Register (Family Register)>

If your permanent address is within Kawasaki city and living in Kawasaki city then have My Number Card,

you can get Certificate of All/Individual Registered Matter on Family Register

by multi-copy machine installed at convenience stores inside/outside the city.

Also, if the permanent address is outside city, please apply

an issuance of certificate of All/Individual Registered Matter on Family Register at your permanent address.

3.　Note: The service will be stopped during the year end and new-year holidays and maintenance day for equipment.

<Those who doesn’t have My Number Card>

At the administrative service corner of 6 places within city, you can get each certificate on Saturday, Sunday, Holiday

(Regarding Holiday, it only open at the Kawasaki Administrative Service Corner)

However, it is not available on the year end and new-year holidays (Dec 29th ～ Jan 3rd).
